π 3-Month Temporary Assignment
We’re currently looking for a Recovery Coordinator to join a specialist substance misuse service in Tunbridge Wells.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting vulnerable adults, particularly within substance misuse, mental health, homelessness, criminal justice or other complex-needs services
Managing a caseload and supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey
Completing assessments, risk assessments and personalised recovery plans
Providing regular one-to-one keywork sessions
Supporting clients with issues including housing, benefits, mental health, employment and physical health
Promoting harm reduction and safer substance use
Working closely with partner agencies and other professionals
Maintaining accurate case records and monitoring client progress
Supporting individuals to build independence, resilience and long-term recovery
We’re particularly interested in candidates who have:
Experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with complex needs
Previous caseload management experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
An understanding of safeguarding and risk management
Good written and organisational skills
A person-centred and non-judgemental approach
You don’t necessarily need to come from a substance misuse background – experience in areas such as homelessness, mental health, criminal justice, supported housing or community support can also be highly relevant
