Interim Scheme Manager – Supported Living (Mental Health)

Location: Buckinghamshire (multiple sites)

Duration: 6-8 weeks (with potential to extend)

We are looking for an experienced Interim Scheme Manager to provide short-term leadership across supported living services for individuals with enduring mental health needs. This is a hands-on role, supporting frontline teams, overseeing safeguarding and risk management, and ensuring housing responsibilities are fulfilled.

You will primarily work across two sites, with flexibility to support nearby services if required.

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in mental health and safeguarding
• Confident and supportive line manager
• Full UK driving licence and business insurance (mileage reimbursed)
