Curriculum Manager – Construction, Engineering & the Built Environment
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Full-Time | Permanent

An established Further Education College in London is seeking an experienced and driven Curriculum Manager to lead and develop provision across Construction, Engineering, and the Built Environment.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching, strong learner outcomes, and a curriculum that meets industry needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop curriculum areas within Construction, Engineering & Built Environment
  • Drive quality improvement, achievement, and positive learner progression
  • Manage teaching staff, resources, and timetabling effectively
  • Develop employer partnerships and ensure curriculum relevance to industry
  • Monitor performance and implement strategies to exceed targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area
  • Proven experience within Further Education or similar educational setting
  • Strong leadership and curriculum management experience
  • Sound understanding of quality assurance and Ofsted frameworks
  • Industry experience within Construction, Engineering, or Built Environment
