Operations Manager – Supported Housing (Mental Health)

Location: Oxfordshire

Contract: Ongoing

Rate: £30.00 an hour.

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a team of Supported Housing Workers working across mental health services in Oxfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational leader with a background in supported housing, mental health, social care, or a related environment. The successful candidate will provide effective leadership and oversight to ensure high quality services are delivered to individuals receiving support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of Supported Housing Officers across mental health services
• Provide effective operational leadership, guidance and day-to-day management
• Ensure services are delivered in line with organisational policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Monitor service quality, performance and outcomes
• Support staff development, supervision and performance management
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
• Identify and address operational issues, risks and areas for improvement
• Promote a person-centred approach to supporting individuals with mental health needs
• Ensure appropriate safeguarding, health and safety and risk management processes are followed
