π° Pay: Β£18+ per hour Umbrella, depending on substance misuse experience

π Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

We are currently recruiting Outreach Workers to support people experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping across London, helping them engage with community drug and alcohol treatment services.
This is a fully remote and community-based position with no fixed office base.
You will complete your administration and paperwork from home, while the majority of your working day will be spent meeting clients face to face across London and attending multi-agency meetings.

You will provide psychosocial and time-limited support to people experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping, helping them overcome barriers and engage with drug and alcohol treatment.
We’d love to hear from candidates with experience in:
Experience supporting people with opiates, alcohol dependency, relapse, harm reduction or treatment pathways would be particularly useful.
You’ll need to be comfortable working remotely, managing your own diary, travelling independently across London and engaging with people who may have complex needs.
