Overview:

I am currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to support our clients Adults and Safeguarding service. This is a home-based role focused on strengthening practice quality and contributing to the development of the Quality Assurance framework. The role is short term contract and is paying between £36.00 – £43.00 an hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level support within Adults and Safeguarding services
• Contribute to and enhance the Quality Assurance framework
• Deliver sessions with the Safeguarding team on strength-based practice
• Offer guidance and professional leadership within a team of around 10 staff
• Provide practice education support for students or newly qualified workers

Requirements:

• Strong safeguarding and adults’ services background
• Practice Educator qualification desirable but not essential
• Ability to work remotely and independently
