8-week contract (with potential extension) | Hybrid – Edinburgh (min. 2 days per week)
Are you motivated by making connections, driving results, and contributing to meaningful work in the charity sector? We’re looking for a Temporary Lead Generation Sales Executive to join a busy Business Development team for an initial 8-week contract, with the potential for extension.
In this role, you’ll help scale two key service areas:
Consultancy for social housing providers in Scotland, building relationships with key decision-makers.
Employer training programmes, promoting free, fully funded low carbon living sessions to organisations and their staff.
You’ll research and qualify leads, engage prospects through calls and emails, and ensure accurate CRM data to support income and impact targets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on proactive outreach, enjoys seeing results, and has the resilience to keep going after knockbacks.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in lead generation and cold calling.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
CRM experience (MS Dynamics preferred).
In return, you’ll get:
£19.23 – £21.97 per hour (depending on experience).
An immediate start.
An 8-week contract, with the possibility of extension.
Hybrid working, with at least two days per week in the Edinburgh office for full-time staff.
This is a chance to use your skills to support work that tackles some of today’s biggest challenges, while developing valuable experience in the charity sector.
