This role is ideal for someone with experience managing teams in semi-independent settings and a strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and performance management.

About the Service

  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted’s Supported Accommodation Regulations and safeguarding protocols.
  • Build strong local partnerships and act as a key liaison with social services and external stakeholders.
