Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, innovative, and effective teaching across A-Level and Applied Visual Arts & Photography courses Support students to achieve outstanding academic and personal outcomes Contribute to the development of high-quality teaching resources and schemes of work Engage with wider college life, supporting enrichment and cross-department collaboration

What We’re Looking For: A relevant degree and a teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) Experience teaching Visual Arts and/or Photography at post-16 level is desirable A student-centred approach, with a commitment to inclusive and inspiring education Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive and ambitious department A desire to contribute positively to our college ethos and culture Interested?
