UEA Programme Partnership Manager, part time 2 days per week

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Programme Partnership Manager to join our growing Higher Education team for two days per week (Thursday and Friday) as part of a job share. This role is pivotal to the leadership and ongoing success of our HE provision.
About the Role:
You will play a strategic role in the academic leadership, development, and quality assurance of a portfolio of programmes. Working closely with the Deputy Executive Director HE and Programme Leaders, you will ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement, while maintaining strong, productive relationships with our validating partner.
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to the strategic development, organisation and management of HE programmes.
• Act as the main liaison between the College and validating universities.
• Ensure programmes are financially viable, meet Office for Students (OfS) B3 benchmarks, and deliver high-quality student academic experiences.
• Oversee and quality assure programme-level annual monitoring reports.
• Line manage and support HE academic staff, ensuring effective performance management, CPD, and scholarly activity.
• Drive the development and implementation of innovative teaching, learning and assessment strategies.
• Champion Access and Participation initiatives and actively support the delivery of the College’s Strategic Plan.
About You
• A degree in a relevant discipline and ideally an MA/MSc/MBA or willingness to work towards one.
• Substantial experience in managing or leading Higher Education provision.
• Strong knowledge of the Office for Students regulatory framework, including experience with Access and Participation Plans.
• Demonstrable success in enhancing student academic experiences and outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality improvement in HE settings.
• Experience in strategic planning, partnership management, and curriculum development.
