This client is a renowned membership NFP body where they are the leading voice of the customer across different industry sectors. They are looking for a Senior Research & Insight Manager to lead high-profile research initiatives, including their annual flagship report and help to produce insights that shape the customer experience agenda across the UK.
In this high-impact role, you’ll work with senior leaders, external research agencies, and top-tier member organisations to deliver sector-leading thought leadership, bespoke research projects, and actionable insights. From designing briefs to presenting findings to stakeholders, you’ll help ensure the research drives business results and create impactful conversations and influence change.
