💼 The Opportunity

As an Audit Senior Manager, you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio, help shape team workflow, and play a key role in delivering growth and success. You’ll have the autonomy to manage client relationships, contribute to business development, and support junior team members-all within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

🚀 Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients, along with accounts and corporation tax work for limited companies

• Leading on compliance with UK GAAP and providing practical guidance on UK tax, VAT regulations, and corporate governance

• Contributing to revenue and profitability targets by identifying opportunities and nurturing client relationships

• Supporting workflow planning and inspiring junior team members as part of the firm’s “smarter people” development plan

• Assisting local partners with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified

• Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS

• Proven experience in leading audits across a variety of industries

• A passion for mentoring and developing others
