Morgan Hunt are working with a public sector organisation to recruit a senior business change manager on an initial 6 month contract based in Glasgow. The right candidate must have proven experience of delivering Salesforce change projects and be a hands-on change manager.
You will be managing the change and engagement of a data and digitalisation change programme.
Responsibilities include:
- Own and evolve the programme’s change and engagement strategy, ensuring it effectively supports and embeds change throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Organise and support the delivery of training for end users of data and digital products through interactive sessions, demonstrations, and high-quality training materials.
- Apply established change management tools and methodologies, including conducting change impact assessments and readiness reviews to support adoption of new digital solutions.
- Ensure staff insights are considered in the design and continuous improvement of systems and processes through focus groups and regular feedback mechanisms.
- Foster collaboration across a wide internal stakeholder community, leading efforts to deliver consistent and engaging organisation-wide change and communication initiatives.
- Manage and inspire a team to create innovative change and engagement activities. Enhance supporting infrastructure such as tools, communication channels, and processes.
- Provide expert guidance to senior leadership and the Data and Digital Change Programme on embedding changes and engaging both internal and external stakeholders using diverse communication tools and platforms.
- Empower central communications teams to produce impactful content for internal platforms (e.g., intranet, digital signage, events), ensuring messaging aligns with strategic objectives and requires minimal oversight.
- Build and sustain a network of change and engagement professionals to ensure practices remain current and aligned with industry standards.
- Ensure all internal audiences are considered and involved in shaping collaborative ways of working. Communicate clearly how changes affect various employee groups.
- Support the programme in evaluating the effectiveness of implemented changes and integrate findings into future engagement and communication strategies.
- Assist other parts of the Data and Digital Programme as needed, in line with evolving business priorities.
