Resident Engagement Officer
Salary – £16,362
Contract – Permanent, Part-Time (17.5 hours/week – flexible)
Location – Stratford, London
Department – Customer Service
Reports to – Executive Director of Customer Services
Summary
Morgan Hunt is partnering with a leading social housing provider, seeking a talented Resident Engagement Officer to join their Customer Services team. The Resident Engagement Officer will lead the delivery of the organisations Resident Engagement Strategy, ensuring residents, particularly those from migrant and refugee backgrounds are at the centre of service design, decision-making, and community-building. This role empowers residents to influence improvements, foster inclusion, and help shape a thriving, supportive environment.
By championing meaningful engagement across the organisation, the officer will build trust, improve transparency, and strengthen collaboration between residents. Their work will not only boost satisfaction but also generate valuable insights to guide service design, advocacy, and the organisations continued growth as a trusted, responsive housing provider.
