Recruitment and HR Operations Manager – Leading University – London with hybrid working – c£54,000

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of London’s leading universities.

Reporting into the Deputy HR Director you will be responsible for the Recruitment and HR Operations Teams, processes, policies and communications. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Leading the delivery of the recruitment and HR operations functions, focusing on exceptional customer experience and HR best practice
  • Ensuring recruitment strategies and policies are up to date and the university is attracting the best talent
  • Managing senior level recruitment campaigns, including designing assessments and interview questions
  • Working closely with HR & L&D Business Partners.
  • Overseeing the data flow processes that support recruitment and HR operations reporting
  • Ensuring that processes are in place to complete data management for new starters and employee changes on Talos and ResourceLink
  • Managing, developing and motivating team members
  • Participating in the development of systems and other projects

You should have experience of managing recruitment campaigns including senior hires and of managing end to end HR operational processes. Experience of developing and improving HR policies and processes needs to be combined with experience of using HR and recruitment systems. Strong analytical skills and a track record of leading a team are essential. Experience of working in the higher education sector would be an advantage.
