Essential Skills & Experience

• Advanced qualifications – Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline) or equivalent professional experience.
• Analytical leadership – Proven ability to define, deliver, and interpret analytical projects within a regulatory or policy-driven environment.
• Strong communicator – Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for strategy and operations.
• Collaborative approach – Experience working with stakeholders and thriving in a multidisciplinary team.
• Technical proficiency – Skilled in R & Python
• Data expertise – Hands-on experience handling large datasets, navigating complex data warehouses, and assessing data limitations efficiently.

Salary & Benefits

• £41,283 – £52,878 per annum
