We’re working with a client currently undergoing an exciting HR Transformation, and they’re looking for a Project Support Assistant who’s passionate about data and project work to join their experienced team.

Role Highlights:
💼 Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
🏠 Hybrid Working: 2 days on-site
🌴 Annual Leave: 30 days + 5 public holidays

Skills/Experiences Required

• Support the collation and documentation of HR data, processes, and system functionality.

• Work with the HR & IT Team to test and explore new system features aligned with project goals.

• Assist with data cleansing and migration efforts, ensuring accurate staff records and up-to-date process documentation.

• Maintain and update user guidance for HR and self-service tools following the transition to cloud-based systems.

• Support the delivery of user training sessions as needed.
