Job Title: Performance Manager

Location: North West London

Duration: Minimum 3 months

Pay Rate: Up to £350/day (via an umbrella company)

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

We’re working with a North West London NHS Trust to recruit an experienced Performance Manager for a minimum 3-month contract.

In this crucial role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Trust’s performance management and reporting processes, with a strong focus on cancer waiting times. You’ll need to be a Power BI expert with proven experience in NHS data and performance management, especially around cancer waiting times and targets.

Key Requirements:

✅ Expertise in Power BI and data visualisation

✅ Strong understanding of NHS performance data, particularly cancer waiting times

✅ Ability to work with internal stakeholders to analyse and improve performance metrics

✅ Immediate availability or short notice
