People and ED&I Manager – Leading Arts Charity – London with hybrid working – c£43,000

This is a exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist with a strong Diversity and Inclusion skill set to join one of London’s leading Arts charities.

Reporting into the Head of People you will be responsible for implementing their diversity, inclusion and belonging roadmap and in building out learning and development pathways for their people. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Integrating Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging best practices into policies and processes
  • Leading key initiatives to support a culture of learning and development
  • Establishing a framework for their Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging values and integrating them into the organisation
  • Overseeing the development of focus groups
  • Providing guidance and resources to leaders, helping them drive engagement and impact
  • Being a trusted first point of contact for HR queries and supporting on employee relations issues
  • Supporting line managers across recruitment, onboarding, performance and pay

You should be an HR Manager or HR Generalist with experience of working as a Diversity and Inclusion lead. A strong understanding of Diversity and Inclusion best practice needs to be combined with experience of providing effective advice and guidance to line managers. A passion for building an inclusive environment needs to be combined with excellent stakeholders management skills. Ideally you will be Level 5 CIPD qualfiied.
