Are you passionate about helping young people discover their future career paths? We are looking for a dedicated Lecturer in Transitions (Career Pathway) to join the team in Rotherham. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on guiding students who are still exploring their options and need support in identifying the right direction for their future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and Inspire: Deliver engaging sessions to students on our Transition programmes who are uncertain about their career choices.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and potential career paths.
  • Develop Resources: Create and deliver materials that inspire and inform students about various career opportunities and educational pathways.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with other lecturers and career advisors to ensure a cohesive support network for students.
  • Monitor Progress: Track and report on student progress, offering additional support where needed to help them make informed decisions about their future.

About You:

  • Experience: Previous experience in teaching, career guidance, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Passion: A genuine desire to help students find their path and succeed in their future careers.
  • Flexibility: Able to adapt to the needs of individual students, offering tailored guidance and support.
