My client is currently looking for a Learning Disabilities Manager to oversee one of their CQC services in East London. The role is Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. This role is perfect for someone who has managed at any level within a CQC registered services.

Responsibilities within the role:

• Overseeing a small team of front-line staff
• Conducting 1-1 sessions with staff members
• Managing the Team rota
• Working alongside the Service Improvement Officer to implement change
