IT & Digital Manager
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Salary: £50,000 + Excellent Benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We’re partnering with a national charity and social housing provider to recruit an IT & Digital Manager, a pivotal role leading the organisation’s digital transformation and ICT strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking IT professional to drive innovation, strengthen infrastructure, and implement cutting-edge solutions (including AI and cybersecurity) to support critical services that make a real difference across the UK.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance & ICT, you will take ownership of the charity’s IT and digital landscape, from strategic direction to day-to-day operational oversight.

This role is both strategic and hands-on – ideal for someone who enjoys leading change while staying close to the technology.
Required Skills and Experience
Desirable: Degree in a relevant field and certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA Security+
