Interim Scheme Manager – Supported Living (Mental Health)
Location: Buckinghamshire (multiple sites)
Duration: 6-8 weeks (with potential to extend)

We are looking for an experienced and confident Scheme Manager to provide short-term leadership across supported living services for adults with enduring mental health needs.

This is a hands-on role focused on supporting front-line teams, ensuring high standards in safeguarding and risk management, and overseeing housing responsibilities. You will primarily work across two sites, with flexibility to support nearby services.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in mental health and safeguarding

• Supportive and effective line manager

• Full UK driving licence and business insurance (mileage reimbursed)
