About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. • Managing and supporting casework with a business-focused approach.
  • Supporting staff wellbeing, including making welfare calls and signposting to support services.
  • Coordinating HR processes including recruitment, job evaluation, and contractual changes (e.g. starters, leavers, fixed-term contracts).
  • Maintaining accurate HR data, generating reports and supporting the use of KPIs and equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) data.
  • Supporting policy reviews and contributing to organisational change initiatives.
  • Working cooperatively with trade unions and across teams to ensure good employee relations.
  • Promoting inclusive practices and ensuring EDI principles are embedded in everything we do.

  • A sound understanding of employment law and HR best practice
  • Confidence in using HR data and systems
  • A values-driven attitude and commitment to inclusion
