Are you an organised and detail-focused professional with a passion for people operations? Our client, a respected and inclusive organisation, is currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their dedicated Human Resources team.
As the HR Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. From maintaining accurate employee records to assisting with recruitment and payroll processes, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle – including onboarding, contractual changes, and leavers.
Maintain and update HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support recruitment activities by coordinating job adverts, interviews, and pre-employment checks.
Assist with payroll administration by preparing and submitting relevant data in line with payroll cycles.
Manage employee queries professionally, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an HR support role or similar administrative position.
Strong working knowledge of HR systems and processes (experience with CINTRA or similar HRIS would be a bonus).
Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
A proactive team player with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good understanding of employment legislation and best practice.
