Are you an experienced policy leader with a successful in delivering major policy programmes and managing complex stakeholder relationships? This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing regulatory policy team within a forward-thinking organisation.

The Role

As Head of Regulatory Policy, you will play a key role in supporting the Director of Regulatory Policy, overseeing the development and implementation of a wide-ranging policy programme. This strategic and hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with the skills to translate regulatory objectives into effective, measurable outcomes.

You will lead a team of policy professionals, guiding their development and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects. Collaboration is central to this role – you’ll work closely with teams across the organisation and engage with a wide range of external stakeholders from government bodies to consumer groups and professional organisations.

Your proactive mindset and insight into regulatory and legal services trends will help shape policies that are future-focused, practical, and aligned with strategic goals.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders across sectors.
  • Provide operational leadership and contribute to the broader strategic direction of the organisation
