Group Executive Director of People Services
Inspire Education Group | Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and Stamford, Lincolnshire
Salary: £85,000-£90,000 per annum | Contract: Permanent

About the Role
As our Group Executive Director of People Services, you will be a key strategic leader, developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns directly with our organisational goals. Reporting to the CEO/Principal, you will oversee all aspects of people services, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, organisational development, mental health, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Strategic HR Leadership: Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support our strategic priorities.
You’ll be a vital member of the Executive Leadership Team, championing values-based, compassionate, inclusive, and innovative leadership throughout the Group , and deputising for the CEO/Principal in key meetings.
