Group Director A Level Strategic Development

New City College is looking to recruit a Group Curriculum Director to lead the strategic development of A level provision across the group. The group is a large A level provider and, following the planned merger with BSix, is set to become one of the largest A level providers in the country.  The new post holder will be essential in ensuring high standards and driving a high performing culture, particularly at Havering 6th Form and BSix.  Working with the Group Curriculum Director Attlee A Level Academy, they will lead on ensuring A level outcomes are outstanding for our learners across the group.

The Group Curriculum Director will be instrumental in ensuring teaching and learning on each campus is of a high standard and constantly improving. They will drive evidence based practice in A level delivery and ensure the supported experiments model continues to inform teaching.  This is an exciting opportunity for a practitioner who puts teaching and learning at the centre of all they do.
