Morgan Hunt are currently working with a Health sector Regulator in their search for a temporary Fitness to Practise Manager to join the Casework, Enforcement & Customers directorate.
You will be a key member of the Fitness to Practise Directorate responsible for supervising the investigatory work of the Fitness to Practise Investigators and Caseworkers in the Investigations Team. You will ensure that the Director of Fitness to Practise is always adequately informed of matters being dealt with by the Investigations Team and providing, as required, performance data.
The successful post-holder will be an experienced Investigator, ideally with experience in the professional or health care regulation. You will need to have proven ability to led, support, mange and motivate and inspire a team.
You will have experience of working under pressure, effectively planning, prioritising and managing a varied and changing workload to meet different, and often tight, deadlines, whilst maintaining the quality standards. You will be a well-communicated, analytical, detail-orientated individual with the ability to maintain accurate up-to-date case files.
Job Title: Fitness to Practise Manager
Location: London (1-2 days per week in office)
Daily Rate: £290 Day Rate (Umbrella)
Job Type: 6 months Temporary (Potential for extension, permanency)
Hours: Full-Time
