Job Title: Executive Assistant / HR Manager
Location: Hybrid – 4 Days per Week
Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience
Contract Type: Part-Time (28 Hours Per Week)

About the Role:
We are working on behalf of a forward-thinking not-for-profit organisation to recruit a dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant / HR Manager. This is a hybrid, part-time position ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a multifaceted role supporting senior leadership while managing day-to-day HR operations.

In this pivotal role, you will be the key point of contact for the CEO, Board of Trustees, and Senior Leadership Team. You will play a central role in ensuring seamless administrative support and overseeing a range of HR functions from recruitment to policy management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Board, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Act as liaison between the senior team, trustees, and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for board and council meetings; ensure confidential records are accurately maintained.

  • Manage Trustee communications and process expense reimbursements.

  • Maintain and update the company’s policy register and operational risk register.

  • Oversee HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and maintain accurate HR records.

  • Support the planning of internal events and staff engagement initiatives.

  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

About You:
You will be an experienced professional with a solid background in executive support and HR management. You are comfortable balancing priorities across leadership and HR functions and confident working independently in a hybrid setup.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar Executive Assistant and/or HR Manager role

  • Excellent organisational, time-management, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems

  • Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential)

  • Experience with HRIS systems (desirable)

Working Pattern:

  • 4 days per week (28 hours)

  • Hybrid working with weekly office attendance in central London
