Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across early years programmes
• Support learners to achieve their full potential through effective planning and delivery
• Keep up to date with industry and curriculum developments
• Contribute to curriculum design and quality assurance processes

Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
• A relevant early years qualification (Level 3 or above)
• Industry experience within the Early Years sector
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success
