Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a UX Consultant for a permanent position with our private-sector client based in Manchester.
Salary: Up to £80k
Working Model: Hybrid, 2 days on site in either the Manchester office
Role Profile: As a UX Consultant, working within Technology Solutions Practice, you’ll be embedded in client projects to improve the delivery of emerging technology and solving business and user problems via technology development. Working closely with Users, Stakeholders and Scrum Development teams, you will be instrumental to the research, design and delivery of digital experiences to our prestigious clients; working with their end-user and customer communities to gather insights, produce prototypes and gather feedback on designs.
In this role you will work with other disciplines in the Technology Solutions practice creating innovative solutions that meet Users Needs and delight customers and clients. This will involve you championing and advocating User Centric/Human Centric approaches, working to ensure that solutions and functionality are based around valid User Needs. You’ll work in Agile/Scrum environments where you will lead and facilitate workshops and research sessions, to understand User’s pain points, journeys, and needs; before translating requirements into solutions using wireframes, prototypes and generating User Stories/Functional specifications working closely with developers.
