DRIVE Case Manager

Location: Across 3 London Boroughs depending on your location

Salary: £29,000 – £33,000, Negotiable depending on experience

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Contract: Fixed-term until 31 March 2026 – potential for extension depending on funding

Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by domestic abuse? We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated DRIVE Case Manager to join a forward-thinking team working to reduce high-risk domestic abuse and create lasting change.

About the Role

As a DRIVE Case Manager, you’ll play a vital role in a multi-agency initiative tackling high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. You will work directly with service users to promote behavioural change, reduce harm, and improve safety for victims and families.

This is not just about case management – it’s about building trust, influencing long-term change, and collaborating with partners to deliver coordinated interventions that hold perpetrators accountable and support them in addressing the root causes of abusive behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and work 1:1 with perpetrators identified through MARAC (Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences)
• Develop and deliver tailored intervention plans to support behavioural change
• Collaborate closely with IDVA services and multi-agency partners to manage risk and enhance safety
• Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service monitoring and evaluation
• Promote institutional advocacy and pro-social responses across partner agencies

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Experience working directly with vulnerable service users
• A strong understanding of safeguarding frameworks and multi-agency working
• Confident in managing complex cases and challenging behaviour
• Skilled in motivational work and relationship-building
• Excellent communication, organisational, and record-keeping abilities

Desirable:

• Experience working with domestic abuse perpetrators or victims
• Knowledge of mental health, substance misuse, and housing challenges
• Familiarity with MARAC, MAPPA, and other public protection processes

What You’ll Bring

You’re empathetic, resilient, and driven by a belief in positive change. You can balance assertiveness with compassion, and you’re comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel within the London Boroughs and occasionally work evenings or weekends.
