Morgan Hunt are currently working with a leading FE College based Blackpool, in search of a temporary Data Administrator to assist in the administration and data processes for Student Support and Wellbeing. This is a full-time temporary position until mid-December, based in the office 5 days a week.

The temporary Data Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Receive and collate learner data and ensure that it is properly documented and recorded. Create and maintain learner files throughout the academic year.
  • Assist in the monitoring of support spending, invoice creation ensuring high levels of accuracy to meet data quality audit requirements
  • Assist with student engagement and the support staff allocation process, enabling the effective and efficient placement of staffing resource with students

    The temporary Data Administrator will need to have:

  • GCSE maths and English at grade C or above – or equivalent
  • Experience of working with spreadsheets and databases and validating and cleansing data in records systems
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in working with all Microsoft Office applications – including Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint
