An excellent Further Education (FE) college in Greater Manchester is seeking a dynamic and experienced Constuction Curriculum Leader, to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the Role: As the CL for Construction, you will play a pivotal role in the management and delivery of the Construction Curriculum in the college. You will lead a talented team of educators, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, and work closely with senior leadership to drive innovation and excellence in college curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, delivery, and quality of the department
  • Manage and develop a team of dedicated tutors and assessors fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the college to enhance the learner experience.
  • Ensure compliance with external regulatory bodies and maintain the highest standards of education.

    About You:

  • Proven experience at of team management within the FE sector.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding educational outcomes for all students.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • EQA/IQA experience
