An excellent Further Education (FE) college in West Yorkshire is seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Area Manager for ESOL to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the Role: As the Curriculum Area Manager for ESOL, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic development and management of our ESOL programs. You will lead a talented team of educators, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, and work closely with senior leadership to drive innovation and excellence in our curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, delivery, and quality assurance of the ESOL curriculum.
  • Manage and develop a team of dedicated ESOL tutors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the college to enhance the learner experience.
  • Ensure compliance with external regulatory bodies and maintain the highest standards of education.
