We are working with a well-established further education college in Newham, East London, to recruit a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Business Lecturer for a temporary role starting September 2025. The position offers flexible working hours (part-time or full-time) and a chance to teach a broad range of business subjects to motivated learners.

About the Role

You will deliver lessons covering areas such as marketing, finance, business operations, and management. Your role will include preparing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and helping learners develop the skills and knowledge required for further study or employment in the business sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching sessions aligned with the business curriculum

• Develop engaging learning materials and resources

• Assess learners’ progress and provide timely feedback

• Support learners with different abilities and backgrounds

• Participate in curriculum development and team meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant business degree or professional qualification

• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one

• Experience teaching business, ideally within FE or secondary education

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Passion for business and helping learners succeed
