Business Development Manager (Maternity Cover)

Main Purpose of the Post:

The Business Development Manager will drive income growth for ‘Aspiral Learning’ and apprenticeship programs by:

  • Generating new income sources, especially through employer partnerships
  • Engaging with new employers to secure business opportunities
  • Utilizing social media for course marketing
  • Delivering presentations to diverse audiences
  • Supporting employers with apprentice recruitment and ensuring audit compliance
  • Maintaining the CRM system for labor market intelligence and sales support

Key objectives include increasing enrolments across various demographics and enhancing BCoT’s reputation. Responsibilities also include sales target achievement, lead management, business proposal presentations, and CRM system management.

Additional duties involve preparing business development plans, implementing effective practices, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with the marketing team for Aspiral Learning’s marketing needs is essential.
