Audit & Accounts Senior – Beaconsfield

We’re currently working with a highly respected, forward-thinking accountancy practice based in Beaconsfield who are looking to add an Audit & Accounts Senior to their growing team.

The Role:
As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you’ll be taking the lead on audits from planning through to completion, while also supporting the preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns. You’ll work closely with clients and play an active role in mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading audits end-to-end and liaising directly with clients

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns

• Supervising, training, and mentoring junior staff

• Building strong client relationships and supporting business development

• Ensuring work is technically accurate and delivered on time

• Supporting the continuous improvement of the team and processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience in audit & accounts within practice

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or part-qualified with strong experience)

• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills

• Strong working knowledge of CCH, Excel, and general audit/accounts software

• A proactive, can-do approach and the ability to manage your own workload
