Is a privately owned Architectural practice with almost 20 years of being in business, who have a very secure client base who they enjoy a lot of repeat business in across the UK in residential, leisure, commercial and retail.
In the last number of years, they have had great staff retention which speaks volumes of the culture and management style within the business.
They are a client focused practice, with a commitment and passion to achieving the highest standards in building design and implementation.
Additionally, they find themselves at the forefront of Building Information Modelling and collaborative workflows. They have fully trained in house professionals, and have the latest Autodesk Building Design Software on all machines. they implement BIM on all projects to allow them to create innovative solutions and designs that provide a range of benefits to their clients.
The Role
Is to support the 3 Directors of the firm as they look to deliver an innovative and intuitive approach to the design process, to ensure they can deliver a design tailored to their clients needs, that play with light space and respond to the context of place whilst being practical, and economically and commercially viable.
You will look to run your own projects, and deliver them to BIM level 2 and beyond. Providing a range of benefits to their clients, including; simulation and visualisation through 3D renders and animations.
Projects will vary from refurbishments of restaurants, to listed buildings, and multi-million pound commercial developments.
Generally they operate as a very trusting firm, and will give you as much exposure and free reign as you desire.
