We are looking for a committed and reliable Outreach Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to young people aged 16-17 and adults at risk within supported accommodation services.
This is a flexible, temporary opportunity suited to someone with experience supporting young people, care leavers, vulnerable adults, or families. The role focuses on promoting independence, safeguarding wellbeing, and helping individuals achieve positive outcomes.
As an Outreach Worker, you will:
