👥 Roles Available:

🧑‍🦱 Young People’s Drug & Alcohol Practitioner

Supporting young people aged 10-21 with:

• 💬 One-to-one specialist interventions
• 🗣️ Structured group work and education
• 🧠 Substance misuse assessments and support plans
• 💪 Building resilience and encouraging positive choices
• 🛡️ Safeguarding and risk management
• 🤝 Multi-agency partnership working
• 📝 Case recording and monitoring outcomes

🧑 Adult Recovery Worker

Supporting adults through their recovery journey with:

• 💬 One-to-one recovery support
• 📋 Assessments, care plans and reviews
• 🌱 Motivating clients towards positive change
• 🧠 Harm-reduction advice and relapse prevention
• 🤝 Liaising with partner agencies and support services
• 🛡️ Identifying and managing risks
• 📝 Maintaining accurate case records

⭐ Experience in drug & alcohol services, recovery, social care, youth work or support work is desirable.
