Lead a Workday Optimisation Journey
Our client is on a mission to create a workplace where people truly flourish – and that starts with empowering their teams through smart, intuitive HR technology. As the HR Systems Manager (Workday), you will lead the next phase of their HR digital transformation, ensuring systems and processes drive efficiency, insight, and impact.
If you thrive on turning complex challenges into clear, effective solutions – with an eye for detail and a passion for delivery – this is an outstanding opportunity to make a real difference.
Two years into their Workday journey, our client is ready to unlock its full potential. You will take ownership of the optimisation roadmap, lead process redesign projects, and ensure Workday becomes a true enabler for people and leaders across the organisation.
Key priorities include:
Leading the Workday optimisation and recovery plan, setting clear milestones and delivering measurable results.
Redesigning HR processes to align with best practice and enhance the employee experience.
Developing an intuitive, insight-led People Dashboard to support data-driven decision-making.
Acting as the Workday expert, guiding stakeholders through change and solving HRIS challenges strategically.
Building strong partnerships across HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and other teams to deliver sustainable improvements.
You’ll bring proven experience with Workday HCM, alongside a deep understanding of HR processes and digital transformation. You are confident engaging senior stakeholders, skilled in leading change, and motivated to make systems work better for people. Experience with tools such as Jira and a data-informed mindset will be key to success in this role.
