Job Title: Student Achievement Coach
Location: South West London
Salary: £18-23/hr (depending on role & experience)
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time / Temporary
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and supportive Student Achievement Coach to work with learners across a range of programmes, helping them overcome barriers to learning, improve their academic performance, and achieve their personal and educational goals.
The successful candidate will provide one-to-one and small group support, focusing on attendance, engagement, literacy, numeracy, study skills, well-being, and personal development. You will play a key role in motivating learners, building confidence, and supporting positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.
