Specialist Assessor (SpLD/Dyslexia)
Location: North London
Contract: Full-time / Term-time
Department: Additional Learning Support (ALS)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Specialist Assessor to lead the College’s provision for the assessment of Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), with a particular focus on dyslexia. You will conduct high-quality diagnostic assessments, produce professional reports, recommend reasonable adjustments and examination access arrangements, and ensure students receive the specialist support they need to achieve their full academic potential.
Working closely with curriculum teams, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), examinations staff and senior leaders, you will play a key role in promoting an inclusive learning environment while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awarding body regulations and College policies.
