Morgan Hunt are currently working with an Education Provider in their search for a Skills Bootcamps Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-impact, employer-focused training programmes that help learners progress into sustainable employment.
In this varied role, you will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Skills Bootcamp contracts, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and supporting strong outcomes for learners and employers. Acting as a central point of contact between curriculum teams, MIS, employers and funding partners, you will ensure delivery is efficient, compliant, and aligned to contract targets. You will oversee onboarding and enrolment processes, monitor learner progress, manage data submissions, and produce regular performance and compliance reports.
You will also support employer engagement activity, ensuring agreements and documentation are in place, and working closely with delivery teams to support learner progression into employment. The role will involve contributing to internal audits, leading continuous improvement activity and, where required, supporting rapid implementation of contract variations or new developments.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised administrator or coordinator with experience supporting programmes within skills, apprenticeships, adult education, employability or similar environments. You will have a strong understanding of funding compliance (ESFA/GLA or equivalent), excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary/Rate: £24.95 umbrella
Contract Type: Full-time – ongoing until March 2026 – possible extension
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
DBS: Enhanced DBS Required
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Skills Bootcamp contracts, ensuring compliance with ESFA/GLA funding requirements.
· Act as the first point of contact for internal teams, employers and funding partners.
· Oversee learner onboarding, enrolment, evidence gathering and data submissions.
· Monitor learner progress, completions and job outcomes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
· Produce regular performance, compliance and financial reports, identifying risks and recommending solutions.
· Work with employability coaches, tutors and employer engagement teams to support learner progression into employment.
· Coordinate employer liaison activity and ensure employer paperwork is in place.
· Support and schedule internal quality and compliance audits.
· Maintain strong relationships with external funding partners and provide updates as required.
· Lead on continuous improvement activity to support high-quality delivery and achievement of KPIs.
· Line manage and support relevant staff where allocated.
Candidate Profile
· Experience coordinating contracts or programmes within skills, training, apprenticeships or employability.
· Good understanding of ESFA/GLA funding rules, compliance and audit requirements.
· Proven ability to support delivery against KPIs and contractual targets.
· Strong organisational and planning skills, able to manage multiple deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills and experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· High level of accuracy, attention to detail and confidence working with data.
· Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
· Confident using Microsoft Office applications and management information systems.
