Job Title: Sessional Lecturer – Business (14 hours a week)

Location: Northampton

About the Role / Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Sessional Lecturer in Business to inspire and engage learners. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to curriculum development and support students’ academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across Further and Higher Education
• Inspire learners through engaging lessons
• Contribute to the development of our Business Curriculum
• Play a key role in supporting students’ academic and personal growth

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in Business or related field
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and engage learners

Education Requirements:

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
• Higher education qualification in Business or related area

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in teaching or training, ideally in a Further Education setting
• Industry experience in Business or related field
• Commitment to continuous professional development
