About Us:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team and help us continue to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Role Overview:

As a Senior HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our HR function. You will provide high-level administrative support, manage HR processes, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. This role requires someone who is organized, discreet, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
  • Assist in payroll administration and benefits management.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR administration, preferably at a senior level.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and HR systems.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential).
