Senior Business Analyst

Morgan Hunt are supporting a client and looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Role Purpose

Provide expert business analysis and process improvement support across housing service work streams, including safety, quality, compliance, repairs, voids/lettings, leasehold, and tenancy management. The role focuses on translating operational and regulatory requirements into efficient, compliant processes that improve service delivery and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

· Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating complex needs into practical solutions.

· Design and improve workflows aligned with statutory compliance requirements, including:

· Gas, Electrical, Fire safety, Water hygiene, Asbestos, Lifts

· Map and optimise end-to-end processes for repairs, voids, lettings, and tenancy services to improve efficiency, turnaround times, and cost control.

· Support implementation of compliance policies and develop monitoring/reporting tools for assurance activities.

· Standardise tenancy-related processes including sign-ups, mutual exchange, decants, safeguarding, and ASB management.

· Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to improve operational outcomes.

· Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams to ensure effective communication and delivery.

· Support testing, implementation, and integration of systems and business processes.

· Maintain business analysis documentation including: Process maps, Requirements logs, SOPs, RACI charts

· Benefits tracking

· Experience with housing management systems and related technologies

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

· Experience delivering process improvement and business change initiatives

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

· Understanding of local government challenges and opportunities

· Knowledge of system integration and interoperability within business processes
