We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEND Learning Support Practitioner to join a supportive educational environment and provide specialist support to learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
This role involves working with learners who have a range of additional needs, including complex learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and medical requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring learners can access education, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally.
Working closely with teaching staff, therapists, healthcare professionals, and families, you will provide tailored support that enables learners to thrive in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.

Due to the nature of the learners supported within this role, applicants must have demonstrable experience and training in personal care, medication administration, PEG feeding, and manual handling.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
